Feast your eyes on this delicious Minion Party Popcorn. Everybody loves the Minions! What is not to like about those cute, tiny creatures? They are a bit mischievous, but that adds to the cuteness, right? Okay, sometimes it adds to the cuteness!
I am sure they have been the inspiration behind thousands of birthday parties and I am sure they will be the theme of many more parties to come. If you happen to have one of those parties coming up then we have a great idea for you! Minions Party Popcorn!
This recipe for Minions Popcorn is super easy to make. The kids can definitely join in on the fun of preparing this recipe or even make it all on their own. It also has two of the universally favorite snacks -popcorn and M&M’s! What’s not to like about that?
Minions Party Popcorn
Ingredients:
- Popcorn
- Almond Bark or White Chocolate
- Yellow & Blue Food Coloring
- Marshmallows
- Butter
- Sprinkles
- M&M’s
- Candy Eyeballs
Instructions:

After gathering all of your ingredients, you will first melt the marshmallows and butter together. You will use 1 tbsp of butter for each 1 cup of marshmallows you use. (this will vary depending on how much popcorn you make)

Once your marshmallow and butter mixture has melted you will pour over your popcorn and stir until popcorn is evenly coated.

Lay your popcorn out on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

Add M&M’s and sprinkles while your popcorn is still wet. Mix the candy and sprinkles into your popcorn.

Melt your almond bark or white chocolate on the stove on low heat.

Separate the almond bark or white chocolate into two pans. Using food coloring, dye one pan blue and one pan yellow. If the almond bark or white chocolate seizes up, add a tablespoon of vegetable shortening to thin it down.

Drizzle the melted almond bark or white chocolate across your popcorn.

Add the candy eyeballs and enjoy!
